Aim of Investors In Families

	To value and support the role that families' play in the life of a child
	To support families in developing their children's healthy behaviour
	To help families participate in raising their children's achievement and self-esteem
	To promote social inclusion and a sense of well-being through positive participation in family life
	Investors in Families is a new accreditation scheme for school and other settings working with children and families

Schools that receive the IIF award will have demonstrated, with supporting evidence, their commitment to working with families to achieve each of the five outcomes.

Case Studies
As part of the process organisations will need to demonstrate how they have achieved the outcomes. These will form the basis of case studies which are included on this site. The aim is to inform and encourage others who are either thinking of participating or already on their way to achieving accreditation.
